He started training in Jiu Jitsu at the young age of 33 having had previous background in Judo. He became enraptured with the great mental and
physical workout to the point of dedicating almost daily training and sparring for the last 3 years. He was awarded a purple belt after only 2
years from Kyle Cardinal. Currently Guy holds the rank of brown belt awarded to him after 4 years of training from Andrew McInnes. Taking in the
teachings of the great black belts like Andrew McInnes, Kyle Cardinal and Jay Redmond as well as Rubens Scassioti,
Gabriel Wilcox and Paulo Azambuja he wants to bring the same great training to his home town of St. Albert to promote Jiu Jitsu.

Sheldon Westcott began training in Jiu Jitsu in 2006 after an injury at track and field nationals (decathlon) had him sidelined for a year. Always a
high level athlete, Sheldon soon began competing in any tournament that came along. Westcott made his MMA debut in 2007 against 5-0 former TFC
champion Victor Bachmann which he lost by split decision. Since his first MMA fight 5 years ago, Sheldon's gone unbeaten and has finished all 5 of
his opponents in the first round, 4 of which were within the first minute. Sheldon's trained and helped some of the highest level MMA athletes in
the world including UFC veterans Paul "Semtex" Daley, Tom Watson, Oil Thompson, Jason McDonald, Tim Hague, Victor Valamaki and Strike Force veteran
Melvin Manhoef.
